Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

We want you to be happy with TalkToBoard. This explains your refund rights and how refunds are handled. It sits alongside, and does not reduce, any rights you have under the law where you live.

Your consumer rights

If you are in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service you can choose a refund, and for other failures you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time. These rights apply regardless of the voluntary policy below.

Our refund window

On top of your legal rights, we offer a voluntary refund: you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment, for any reason. This covers both the first charge and renewals.

EU, EEA, and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to begin your subscription immediately, you may be charged for the part of the period you used before withdrawing. In practice our 14 day refund above is at least as generous.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear.

After a refund

When a subscription payment is refunded, the related subscription and app access end. Any referral reward tied to a refunded payment is reversed.

How to request
